Soul Sister Sally

Biography
Formed in 2006 by Andy Williams (former drummer for the Grammy Award winning band Casting Crowns) and his wife Kelly, Soul Sister Sally creates a unique sound culled from a variety of musical influences, including Kool & the Gang, James Brown, Whiteheart, and Celine Dion. In 2008, the band released a debut EP featuring five original songs along with a contemporary arrangement of the standard “How Marvelous”. These six veterans of the Christian music industry collaborate on song-writing and production responsibilities to create a style that defies categorization in any one genre. Funk, jazz, classic rock, and a dash of rhythm & blues - it’s all in there.
